Selling meat off farm that is slaughtered by a registered abattoir
Hi,
I read the answer to a post about the process of how to go about legally slaughtering and selling meat off farm, and that it was a costly and lengthy process. How much would that change if the body is slaughtered by a registered abattoir? Then we would cut it up and package it here to be frozen and sold frozen from here...?
