Sorry to bother everyone! But extremely new to all this and having trouble finding the information I'm after. Was wondering if anyone could help me out with some basic info. Looking for somewhere in South East Queensland that can process some meat birds for me so I can sell on to family and friends... Would also like to do some geese and guinea fowl? Zabelles seems to have shut down and I can't find much more info... Currently have 58 x 4 week old RIR X Light Sussex birds and 12 geese and 20 odd guineas and was looking to process around end of November. How much per bird should I expect to pay? Located north of Gatton and willing to travel 2-3 hrs if necessary. Also looking to get some lambs and pigs done in the coming year and a point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. I know this is probably basic stuff but hopefully someone can hel me out. Thanks Drew
