Just want to say a quick hello to all out there.

Love this site and all the like minded people supporting each other.

We are new to farming, having eventually bought our little piece of heaven (40 acres) and cant wait to get it all up and running. Its a bush block, so we are beginning with a blank slate. The hope is to have a small viable enterprise running redline cattle. Plus of course the mandatory chickens and dogs, plus maybe even a few pigs for the pot.

At this stage we have cleared the house site and are building a shouse (shed house). We have also just completed a large dam and are now waiting for the rains ....

Looking forward to getting advise as we progress and grow.
