Hello and thanks for having me....

Hi everyone great to see a page like this! I have just purchased a new 44 acre property and will be seeking ideas and advise occasionally and hopefully be able share my experiences along the way. Have no clear idea with what exactly I'll be doing with the land yet but any suggestions will be appreciated. . Regards Grizzo.

Hi Grizzo,

welcome to the forum. Before your question can be answered, you will need to tell us a bit more about the property. Climate, soil, water, fencing and so on. It would help if we all knew what you may be interested in doing. For example, do you have experience with plants or orchards or do you think you may be interested more in livestock or poultry breeding. Do you think perhaps you might want to run a mixed farming and growing business or do you want to just run a hobby farm? Questions, questions, I know. Looking forward to your reply.
