Banana Flower / Blossom Value Australia (NSW)

Hi,

 

Just wondering how much Banana Flowers are worth to sell to consumer? We farm a variety of fruit n veg but have had recent interest from customers wanting to purchase our banana flowers for their personal consumption. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks ☺

Hi,

I have asked an Asian lady who runs a cooking web site and she said that she pays $8.00 per flower retail, at the Asian markets in Melbourne.

Thanks for the information Barb.. That was helpful. From doing abit of research I was thinking about $4 (small flowers) and $6 Large flowers, so from your information I think that's a fair price. Thanks again :-)
